Christchurch Advertiser

The Christchurch Advertiser is a weekly freesheet tabloid delivered to homes in the Dorset town of Christchurch and surrounding villages to the north and east in eastern Dorset, including Bransgore and Highcliffe.

It’s published by Newsquest (Southern) and is part of a Dorset Advertiser companion series to the Bournemouth-based Daily Echo, along with the Bournemouth Advertiser and the Poole Advertiser. The editorial offices are in Bournemouth and are shared with the Echo.

It was founded in the late 1970s as The Advertiser and took its present title in 1983. It has no website of its own: the URL given below redirects to the Christchurch news pages of the Echo‘s website.

It comes out on Thursdays.
