Nottingham & Long Eaton Recorder (defunct)
The Nottingham & Long Eaton Recorder was a local sub-edition of the Nottingham Recorder weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper, delivered to homes in the towns of Long Eaton, Stapleford and Beeston (and the satellite villages of Sandiacre, Toton and Chilwell) to the south-west of Nottingham.
It was published by the Nottingham Post Group Ltd, a branch of Northcliffe Media, the regional newspaper publishing arm of the Daily Mail & General Trust. It shared editorial offices with the Nottingham Evening Post.
It had no website of its own; the link given below is to the Evening Post‘s website.
It came out on Thursdays.
The Recorder series ceased publication at the end of June 2011 as part of a “wider review” of Northcliffe Media’s portfolio.
