The Free Press
The Free Press is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold across the County Borough of Monmouthshire, including the towns of Chepstow, Abergavenny, Usk and Monmouth.
It’s part of the Free Press of Monmouthshire series published by Newsquest (Wales). The offices for the series are in Newport; the Chepstow office closed in November 2011.
It replaced three earlier titles in November 2008: the Chepstow Free Press, Monmouth Free Press and Abergavenny Free Press.
It comes out on Wednesdays.
