Wyvex Media Limited is a publisher of several newspapers, magazines and websites principally serving the West Coast of Scotland, based in Oban.
History and recent developments
The company was founded in 1983 as The Oban Times Limited. However, most of the newspapers it owns go back much further – The Oban Times, its flagship, was established in 1861.
It adopted its present name in 2006.
