Pulman’s View from Honiton

Pulman’s View from Honiton is a weekly freesheet tabloid for the town of Honiton and nearby villages in East Devon.

It was founded in 2005 as the View from Honiton, part of a View from… series covering much of East Devon. In 2009 the series was renamed Pulman’s View from… and published as companions to Pulman’s Weekly News, the Tindle Newspapers group’s paid-for title for the East Devon, West Dorset and South Somerset area. Since April 2012 it’s been published by Devon, Dorset and Somerset Series of Newspapers Ltd, a new Tindle subsidiary that covers all the Pulman’s titles and a separate series of View from… titles covering West Dorset and South Somerset and acquired in that month. (Pulman’s Weekly News was incorporated into the Axminster edition of the Pulman’s View from… series in July 2012.)

It comes out on Tuesdays and, like the rest of the Pulman’s View from… series, has been published from editorial offices in Lyme Regis since moving there from Axminster in April 2012. An e-edition’s also available free on the website.
