Romsey Advertiser

The Romsey Advertiser is a weekly newspaper published in tabloid format and sold in the town of Romsey in Hampshire and the surrounding area, including the north-western fringes of Southampton and the towns of Eastleigh, Andover and Winchester.

It was founded in 1896 as a local edition of the Andover Advertiser, but established its own separate identity in 1901. It switched from broadsheet to tabloid format in a relaunch in 2007.

It’s published by Newsquest (Hampshire). The editorial offices are in Romsey.

It comes out on Fridays.
