Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire Telegraph (defunct)

The Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire Telegraph – originally simply the Lincolnshire Telegraph – was a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to 15,000 selected individuals and homes throughout the county of Lincolnshire and parts of the neighbouring counties of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

It was an independent operation launched in 2008 and published by independent publishers Lincolnshire Telegraph Ltd, whose registered address was in Nottingham. The editorial offices were in Lincoln.

The newspaper was “targeted to high net-worth individuals and upmarket properties around the county”, to make it a more attractive proposition to high-end advertisers. However, its website was withdrawn in 2011, and the company was dissolved in May 2012.
