Braintree & Witham Times
The Braintree & Witham Times is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in a radius of about eight miles around the North Essex town of Braintree, including the smaller towns of Witham, Great Dunmow, Coggeshall, Hatfield Peverel, Kelvedon and Silver End.
It was founded in 1929. It’s published by Newsquest (Essex) from editorial offices in Braintree.
There are three editions:
- Braintree
- Witham
- Dunmow
All come out on Wednesdays.
A companion freesheet, the Braintree Weekly News, ceased publication in the late summer of 2013.
