Rhyl & Prestatyn Visitor (defunct)

The Rhyl & Prestatyn Visitor was a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes in the Denbighshire seaside towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn in North Wales.

It was published by North Wales Independent Press, which despite the name was a branch of Trinity Mirror North West & North Wales, based in Llandudno Junction. The editorial offices were in Rhyl.

It was merged into the Denbighshire Visitor as part of a reorganisation in September 2008, in which the Abergele & St Asaph Visitor disappeared.

It shared a website (a mini-site on Trinity Mirror’s icNorthWales site) with the Abergele & St Asaph Visitor.

It came out on Wednesdays.

The URL given below is the old mini-site for the Visitor, which has now been withdrawn; it redirects to an error page on the Daily Post‘s website.
