Monmouthshire Beacon

The Monmouthshire Beacon is a newspaper for Monmouthshire (Gwent) published from Monmouth and owned by Farnham Castle Newspapers, a family concern chaired by Sir Roy Tindle of the Tindle Newspaper Group.

It’s a tabloid. It appears weekly, although the day of publication varies (as of the first half of 2007, it was Thursday).

It was founded in 1837.
