The Bridgend & Porthcawl GEM is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to homes in and around the towns of Bridgend and Porthcawl in the County Borough of Bridgend in South Wales, including the smaller towns of Pencoed, Laleston and Coity.
It’s one of four titles in Tindle Newspapers‘ Glamorgan GEM series of weekly freesheets, founded in 1983 and published by Glamorgan GEM Ltd from editorial offices in Cowbridge.
It comes out on Thursdays. A free e-edition is also available online.
