Wee County News
The Wee County News is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in Alloa and (as the name suggests) Scotland’s smallest historic county: Clackmannanshire.
The newspaper closed after Forth Independent Newspapers went into liquidation on 24 June 2011, but reopened in September 2011 under the ownership of HUB Media. After eight weeks in temporary accommodation in HUB’s headquarters in Uddingston (at the address given below), it moved back to Alloa in early November. It also underwent a shift of publication day, from Wednesday to Friday.
