Stirling News
The Stirling News is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to homes in the city of Stirling in central Scotland and nearby smaller towns and villages including Airth, Bannockburn, Cowie, Fallin, Plean, St Ninians and Throsk.
It was launched in 1987 by the Alloa Printing and Publishing Co. It’s now published by Forth Weekly Press, a branch of the Clyde & Forth Media group based in Dunfermline. The editorial offices are in Alloa.
There’s a sub-edition for Clackmannanshire, the Alloa and Hillfoots Weekender.
It comes out on Fridays.
