Deeside Piper
The Deeside Piper (or, more formally, the Deeside Piper and Herald) is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold throughout Deeside (Strathdee) in southern Aberdeenshire, an area taking in the towns of Braemar, Ballater, Aboyne and Banchory.
It’s the lead title of a series that also includes the Donside Piper (and, until recently, the Inverurie Herald). Both are owned by Angus County Press (part of the Johnston Press group of regional newspapers UK-wide) and produced from editorial offices in Banchory.
It comes out on Thursdays.
