Wakefield Express
The Wakefield Express is a weekly tabloid newspaper serving the West Yorkshire town of Wakefield and the neighbouring towns of Ossett, Horbury and Normanton, each of which has its own local sub-edition.
It was founded in 1852. It’s the flagship newspaper of the Yorkshire Weekly Newspaper Group, which is a division of Johnston Press.
It’s published on Fridays.
