Driffield Post (defunct)
The Driffield Post was a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in the East Yorkshire market town of Great Driffield and in villages in surrounding parts of the East Riding.
It was founded in the early 1990s by Scarborough-based Yorkshire Regional Newspapers (part of the Johnston Press group of regional and local newspapers) as a companion to their existing weekly newspaper the Driffield Times. Both newspapers shared editorial offices in Driffield and a website along with the weekly freesheet for the area, the Beverley Guardian.
It came out on Fridays.
It was amalgamated with the Times in September 2011 as the Driffield Times & Post.
