Dinnington & Maltby Trader (defunct)

The Dinnington & Maltby Trader was a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to households in southern parts of the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham in South Yorkshire, including the towns of Aughton and Wales as well as smaller villages.

It was established in 1972. It was published by North Notts Newspapers, a branch of the nationwide group of regional newspaper publisher Johnston Press, as a companion to the paid-for weekly the Dinnington Guardian, with which it shared editorial offices in Dinnington.

It had no website of its own; its online presence was through the Guardian‘s website.

It came out on Thursdays. It ceased publication in 2011.
