The Midweek Herald
(or the Midweek
– the word “Herald” is tacked on as something of an afterthought in the masthead) is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes in and around the Warwickshire town of Stratford-upon-Avon
, as far afield as Knowle on the outskirts of Solihull to the north, and Evesham and Moreton-in-Marsh to the south and west.
It was established in 1980 by independent family-owned company George Boyden & Son Ltd as a companion to their weekly paid-for tabloid the Stratford-upon-Avon Herald. (It has no website of its own; the links below are for the Herald.)
It comes out on Tuesdays. It’s also available as a free PDF download e-edition.
