Cannock & Lichfield Chronicle
The Cannock & Lichfield Chronicle is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes across southern Staffordshire, taking in the towns of Burntwood, Brownhills, Rugeley, Great Wyrley and Penkridge as well as Cannock and Lichfield themselves.
It’s published by Midland News Association and is part of their Chronicle freesheet companion series to their paid evening title, the Express & Star. The main editorial offices are in Wolverhampton, but there’s also an office in Cannock.
There are two editions:
- Cannock & Rugeley
- Lichfield
Like the rest of the series, it has no website of its own; the link below is to the Express & Star‘s Cannock news pages.
It comes out on Thursdays. An e-edition of the Cannock & Rugeley version is also available free on the website.
