The Swanage & Wareham Advertiser
is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes in and near the Isle of Purbeck peninsula on the eastern Dorset coast
, including the towns of Swanage and Wareham as well as the smaller villages of Corfe Castle, Langton Matravers, Sandford, Wool and Bere Regis.
It’s published by Newsquest (Southern) as part of a series of Advertiser weekly freesheets accompanying their paid-for daily title for the area, the Bournemouth Daily Echo. The editorial offices are in Bournemouth, although there’s an office in Swanage too.
It has no website of its own; the link below is to the Purbeck news pages on the Echo‘s website.
It comes out on Thursdays.
