Penwith Pirate (defunct)
The Penwith Pirate was a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper for the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, including the town of Penzance and the Land’s End area.
It was published by Packet Newspapers, a Falmouth-based subsidiary of Newsquest (South West), as a companion to its Packet group of paid weekly tabloids for western and central Cornwall.
It had no website of its own; the link below is to the Falmouth Packet‘s website.
It came out on Wednesdays.
It was replaced by the more prosaically named West Cornwall Packet in 2010.
