Chew Valley Gazette

The Chew Valley Gazette – in full, the Chew Valley & Wrington Vale Gazette – is a monthly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to homes in the North and North East Somerset villages between Bristol, Bath and Wells.

It was founded in 1984. It’s published by Chew Valley Gazette Publishing Limited, a subsidiary of Sir Ray Tindle’s Tindle Newspapers group, from offices in Chew Magna. (It has no connection with the nearby Cheddar Valley Gazette, which is published by Northcliffe Media.)

Each month’s issue generally comes out on the last Friday of the preceding month. An e-edition’s also available, although as of August 2012 only the May 2012 edition was available online.
