Your Tunbridge Wells (defunct)
It was founded in 2009 as a pickup freesheet by KOS Media, who were acquired outright by Archant (already minority shareholders) in June 2010.
It started life as a Saturday publication complementing KOS Media’s existing title for Kent, Kent on Saturday. It switched to Sunday publication – complementing Kent on Sunday – in early 2011, but switched again to Friday publication at the end of July 2011.
As with KOS Media’s other titles, the editorial offices were at their central facility near Ashford.
An e-edition and iPhone/iPad app were also available.
It ceased publication as a newspaper in December 2012, although the website continues in operation.
