Twyford Advertiser

The Twyford Advertiser is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in and around the town of Twyford and in nearby towns in eastern mid-Berkshire, including Charvil, Hurst, Ruscombe, Sonning and Wargrave.

It’s owned by an independent trust, set up by Maidenhead Advertiser proprietor Louis Baylis in 1962; the publication company is Baylis Media Ltd, formerly Baylis & Co (The Maidenhead Advertiser) Ltd. It’s a relatively new title: it was founded in 2001 as a local edition of the Maidenhead Advertiser. It’s produced in Maidenhead.

Its URL used to redirect to the Maidenhead Advertiser‘s site. However, as of June 2013 it had its own website.

It comes out on Thursdays. An e-edition of the Maidenhead Advertiser is also available online by paid subscription.
