Surrey Mirror
The Surrey Mirror is the overall title of a series of weekly broadsheet newspapers covering the eastern half of Surrey, centred in Reigate and Redhill and spanning from Dorking and Leatherhead in the west to Tandridge in the east.
It’s published by East Surrey & Sussex Newspapers, based in Reigate. The company was owned by Trinity Mirror until recently, but was taken over by Northcliffe Media (the regional newspaper publishing arm of the Daily Mail & General Trust) in July 2007.
There are four editions in the series:
- the main Surrey Mirror, covering most of the catchment area including Reigate, Redhill and Banstead;
- the Tandridge edition for the eastern end of the county;
- the Caterham Mirror, for that town;
- the Horley & Gatwick Mirror for those two towns.
All come out on Thursdays.
