Slough & Windsor Observer
The Slough & Windsor Observer is a weekly newspaper published on Fridays in tabloid format.
It was founded in 1883 with an original plan to extend coverage to Windsor, Maidenhead, Eton, Uxbridge and Colnbrook. Until recently it appeared in three editions: the Slough & Langley Observer, the Windsor, Ascot & Maidenhead Observer, and the South Bucks, Burnham & Iver Observer. But these now appear to have been amalgamated under the present title.
It’s been owned by Clyde & Forth Press Ltd since 1997.
