The Newbury & Thatcham Advertiser
is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to homes in the towns of Newbury, Hungerford and Thatcham, and also covering West Berkshire and parts of northern Hampshire
within a radius of about 10 miles.
It was founded in 1980. It’s published by independent publishers Newbury News Limited as a companion to their paid-for title for the area, the Newbury Weekly News, with which it shares editorial offices (in Newbury) and a website.
Until July 2012 its title was The Advertiser incorporating the Thatcham News.
It comes out on Tuesdays.
