Hastings Observer
The Hastings Observer – in full, the Hastings & St Leonards Observer – is a weekly tabloid sold in the seaside town of Hastings in East Sussex, including its suburb of St Leonards-on-Sea.
It was founded in 1859. It’s published by T R Beckett, a branch of the Southern Division of nationwide regional newspaper group Johnston Press. The editorial offices are in Hastings and are shared with its companion freesheet, the Hastings AdNews, and the Rye & Battle Observer.
It comes out on Fridays.
