Buckinghamshire Advertiser

The Buckinghamshire Advertiser is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold across the eastern part of the South Bucks district in south-eastern Buckinghamshire, including the towns of Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter and Gerrards Cross. (It’s not to be confused with either the Buckingham Advertiser or the Bucks Advertiser, which are completely different newspapers by a different publisher.)

It was founded in 1839. It’s now published by Trinity Mirror Southern and is part of their Advertiser & Examiner series covering South East Buckinghamshire. The editorial offices are in Trinity Mirror Southern’s Uxbridge headquarters.

It shares a website with the Buckinghamshire Examiner. However, the old site to be found at the buckinghamshireadvertiser.co.uk URL was replaced in September 2013 by a new general site for Buckinghamshire, getbucks.co.uk.

It comes out on Thursdays.
