The West End Extra
is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in the West End of London, Westminster, and the inner-lying areas of West London
. Its website proclaims it to be “the newspaper of record for Soho, Covent Garden and Piccadilly/Leicester Square”.
It was launched in 2005 by New Journal Enterprises, who also publish the weekly freesheets the Camden New Journal and the Islington Tribune. All three titles share the same editorial offices in Camden Town.
It comes out on Fridays.
