Southwark Weekender
The Southwark Weekender is a monthly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes and businesses around the London Borough of Southwark. It’s also available for free pickup at Underground and railway stations and in High Streets, and distributed as a supplement to its parent paid newspaper, the Southwark News.
It was founded in May 2004. It’s an independent publication owned by Southwark Newspaper Ltd and shares the Southwark News‘s website and editorial offices.
It comes out on the last Thursday of every month. An e-edition’s also available free on the website.
