Haringey Advertiser

The Haringey Advertiser is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes in the northern part of the London Borough of Haringey.

It’s part of an Advertiser series founded in 1978 and published by North London & Herts Newspapers, part of the Tindle Newspapers group founded and owned by Sir Ray Tindle. The editorial offices are in Enfield.

It’s kept its original title through most of its existence. However, it was known simply as The Advertiser from 1996 to 1998; and from 2005 to 2009 it was the Tottenham & Wood Green Advertiser. (There’s still a website with that name in the masthead at www.tottenham-today.co.uk.)

It comes out on Wednesdays. A free e-edition (still titled the Haringey Advertiser) is also available on the website.
