The Southend Yellow Advertiser (in full, the Southend, Leigh, Shoebury Yellow Advertiser) is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper for the town and unitary authority of Southend-on-Sea in South East Essex, including the nearby towns of Leigh-on-Sea and Shoeburyness.

It’s part of a group of several Yellow Advertiser newspapers covering West and South Essex and eastern and north-eastern Greater London. The group was founded in 1976 (the Southend edition started publication in 1977) and was acquired from Trinity Mirror by Tindle Newspapers in 2007. All are based in Basildon.

It comes out on Wednesdays. A free e-edition is also available via the website.
